1. Material and Environmental Certification:

   Medical grade 316L stainless steel:Ultra low carbon (C ≤ 0.03%), containing molybdenum (Mo 2-3%), passed ISO 10993     biocompatibility testing, with no risk of nickel ion precipitation.----Epoxy resin (solvent-free): RoHS certified, no heavy metal/volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions.

2.Environmentally friendly production:The entire process of cyanide free electroplating technology meets the first level standard of GB 8978 for wastewater treatment.

2,Aseptic design and surface treatment

1. Antibacterial technology:

  Nano silver ion coating: Broad spectrum antibacterial rate ≥ 99.9% (ISO 22196 standard), inhibits the growth of microorganisms          such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.

  Electrolytic polishing (EP): Surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.2 μ m, eliminating microporous structure and eliminating bacterial residue.

2.Cleanliness level:

   Compliant with ISO 14644-1 Class 5 cleanroom standard, particle count ≤ 3520/m ³ (≥ 0.5 μ m).

3,Tensile strength

     The breaking force is ≥ 1800MPa (with a diameter of 3mm rope), the bearing capacity is up to 500kg, and the service life is three        times longer than that of nylon rope.
